We were delighted to welcome around 2000 visitors to our exhibition of artefacts from the Titanic and the White Star Line company over Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This unique event was organised by local Titanic enthusiast Nigel Voisey and featured his own fascinating collection of items relating to the famous cruise ship. It even offered a rare chance to see a remnant from the Titanic wreck itself, on loan especially for this exhibition. Visitors came from far and wide, including Bristol, Wales and Kent. We proudly support many amazing charities year after year. Despite being inundated with countless charity requests, we always do our best to support as many as possible, we often donate vouchers as raffle prizes from our AA rosette restaurant, champagne Tea at the Top and in special circumstances an overnight stay! Wednesday 7th December marks a special date in the diary at the Duke of Cornwall Hotel. 15 years ago Walter Combstock and Jonathan Morcom became owners of the historic building in the heart of Plymouth.
