Flavourfest is back!

Flavourfest is back! Now in it’s 13th year, Flavourfest continues to draw in crowds from near and far all sharing the same love of food. Whether is is locally baked good, a regional beverage or something for the sweet tooth in you, Flavourfest has something for everyone. Combine this with demonstrations from top chefs from the area it will be a fantastic weekend for all the family!

Here at The Duke of Cornwall Hotel we believe in good food! Our restaurant has an AA Rosette and our chefs pride themselves on exquisite cooking. With this in mind we couldn’t resist being a part of the Limited Edition Flavourfest Cookbook and sharing on of our dishes with you all. With so many to choose from it was a hard decision, in the end we went with Brixham Scallops and Crispy Pacific Oysters with Oyster Mayonnaise and Watercress (drool worthy!).
