Prudence Gowns is a luxury bridal boutique which has been running since 1982 with stores in Plymouth and Exeter. They stock a wide variety of stunning wedding gowns in every style imaginable from a range of amazing designers. As well as bridal gowns, they sell a selection of gorgeous bridesmaid dresses as well as Mother of the Bride and Groom outfits. They also have a range of accessories including veils, shoes, jewellery and headpieces, which means that if you wanted to, you could purchase your whole wedding outfit under one roof! They will be bringing some of their gorgeous gowns along to the Wedding Collection, so come and meet the friendly team who will be sure to help you on the journey to find your dream dress!
Bloom and Flourish are a florist based in Plymouth who create wild and wondrous flowers. Specialising in British flowers, Mary uses local growers and sources from her allotment where possible – we love this! She loves to add colour and texture and is influenced by the seasons with her designs which are truly one of a kind. As well as being a florist, Mary enjoys styling and can help couples with styling both in the run up to the wedding and on the day, to help make sure your wedding day is as stress free as possible.
Anon Design was founded by two close friends – Erica and Lyndsey due to their shared passion for graphic design and illustration. They have over ten years’ experience in the wedding and creative industry and know just how important wedding stationery can be to your big day. All of their designs are fully customisable, where you can not only change wording, but also the colours to fit in with your theme. Who doesn’t love matching stationery?! With everything from invitations and table plans to wedding signage and chalk boards, Anon can work with you to come up with something truly special.
Imattination Design and Events offer a diverse range of services and products to help in every aspect of design including posters, programmes etc. Established in Plymouth in 2011, they also provide resources such as lighting and pyrotechnics, they’ve transformed our Ballroom on several occasions! They can either work with you on your design and ideas or they can develop designs from basics and support the couple through to the final day. They state that no wedding or event is too big or too small and they love a challenge! Come along and see the team on the day to discuss how you could ‘bring your imagination to life’ and incorporate their work into your big day. They may even inspire you with the lighting they’ll be putting in place for the Collection – you can meet them in our Restaurant!
F3 Design are based in Plymouth and specialise in wedding and event stationery. Alex, the founder and head of graphic design, believes in adaptability where a design can suit both the subjective artistic eye and that of the subjects’ requirements. F3 Design offer a free design consultation which enables them to fully understand a couple’s requirements. They can design almost every aspect of your day including invitations, table plans, guest books and even bunting. Just sit back and relax as they design a theme perfectly tailored to your day!
Esther Cole is an indie folk singer and songwriter based in the South West, we love working with local talent! She is currently studying music in Plymouth and performs in and around the city. She loves the beauty of where she lives; taking much inspiration from the sea and coast in the music she writes. Esther enjoys taking already loved songs and covering them in her own unique way using simply her voice and her favourite guitar. She will be performing at the Wedding Collection, so why not come along and listen, we hope she will be exactly what you are looking for!
Christine Trewinnard is a wedding dress designer based in Cornwall. She has experience of working in London Haute Couture Houses where she created dresses for some high profile people including celebrities. For many brides, choosing their wedding dress can be an extremely daunting experience. Christine understands this and works with brides to create the most flattering design, which combined with the perfect fit can result in a truly exceptional hand crafted creation. Christine tries her best to help brides feel confident and glamorous in what is the most important dress they will ever wear! We have worked with Christine on one of our stylised shoots when she showcased three dresses, one of which was made especially for us! Charlotte Atkinson is an Internationally acclaimed, award winning artist who can create bespoke live paintings of your special day. This is a truly memorable way to capture an impression of your wedding day and would make an incredible and original gift. Charlotte describes her style as ‘timeless and romantic’, using fresh illustrative brushstrokes which combined with her classical training in Florence gives a unique stylistic approach. Charlotte has had her work published as limited edition prints by one of the UK’s leading Fine Art Publishers and is the recommended supplier in over 20 venues.
