Full Time Head of Housekeeping Position
We have an opportunity for a motivated Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience in running a Housekeeping department. We have an in-house laundry service, and operate at a high AA 3 star standard.
As Head of Housekeeping, you will be expected to arrange day to day staffing requirements, review performance and development goals for the team. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing cost per room and inspecting all guest bedrooms and public areas.
We would prefer an applicant that is currently in the role of Head Housekeeper or Deputy, but would consider applicants at Supervisory level who can prove they are ready to run a department.
This job role requires full flexibility and working over the weekends. Shift patterns are 7 hours per day 7.30am – 2.30pm, but these hours can be discussed.
This is a full time position (37.5 hours) and the successful candidate would ideally start mid-January.
