Carlton Big Band

The Carlton Big Band is a 10-15 piece band which was formed in 2001 by Elaine Davies, the bands musical director. The band play a variety of music including swing, Latin, jazz and classic pop to suit all occasions and is made up of four saxophones, three or four trumpets, a keyboard, bass guitar and drums. All of the musicians in the band are high quality and many are bandleaders themselves. The Carlton Big Band regularly play at The Duke and add a grand atmosphere to any event. Their music fills the hotel and has people up on their feet, dancing and enjoying themselves!
