‘Sounds Musical Theatre Company’ present FUNNY GIRL a wonderful musical.

It tells the true story of musical legend Fanny Brice’s feisty struggle to gain success on the glittering stage of the Ziegfeld Follies from her humble beginnings on the Brooklyn Music hall. She flouts the early 1900’s stereotypical feminine values, being unconventionally pretty, brash and outspoken but she is determined to establish herself against all the odds of that time.

Classic songs like People Who Need people and Don’t Rain on My Parade are popular, resonating with contemporary audiences across all age ranges.

Marcus Alleyne MD, guest pit orchestra Instrumentalists plus Director Amanda Paddison once again lead Sounds Musical Theatre Company in this new venture.

Tickets are available on Box Office 01752 343472, shows are March 13th -16th 7.30pm nightly plus Saturday matinee 2.30pm.
