Following the success of previous events, Plymouth Art Weekender is back for its third consecutive year! This three day contemporary art festival is made up of a diverse range of events and exhibitions and takes place right here in Britain’s Ocean City.

Plymouth Art Weekender is a three day contemporary art festival that takes place throughout the city on 22nd-24th September. The Weekender showcases a wide and diverse range of free events and exhibitions by local, national and international artists. From large scale exhibitions to interventions in public spaces, and participatory events for all ages, there is something for everyone at #PAW17.

Plymouth Art Weekender is just one of the city wide events produced by Visual Arts Plymouth, a diverse group of volunteers who represent visual arts organisations, communities and artists from across the city.

We look forward to this event each year, it is a fantastic celebration of the diverse art and culture in the region and promotes our fabulous city as an exciting contemporary art destination!
