Plymouth’s annual strongman competition is back for its 2nd year and this year promises to be bigger than ever!! This year being held at The Royal William Yard with 4 weight classes to find the strongest around.
Event 1 – Max Deadlift
The king of lifts!! From the floor, 3 attempts heaviest weight wins. Belt and straps only, no suits!
Event 2 – Truck Pull
Harness and rope, 20-25m fastest time wins.
Event 3 – Max Log Press (Oly bar for women)
3 attempts heaviest weight wins.
Event 4 – Stones (Kegs for women)
Stone run ranging from 80Kg to the monstrous 205kg! Who will be the first in the Southwest to lift this behemoth?

Entry is £25 which includes a T-shirt and trophies for winners in each class. Please show your support and get behind this local Strongman event!
