Lantern Making Workshop
Saturday 29th October 2016
From: 10:30 am
Plymouth is set to make Illuminate greater than ever before! Join in the fun and make a lovely lantern which you can take home with you at the end of the workshop. You can then use it at the Illuminate parade on Thursday 24 November if you wish and watch how your lantern illuminates the sky! The workshops take place at the Mayflower Museum, so why not come along and make a lantern whilst learning more about Plymouth’s links with America.
We love this event, it sounds like great fun and something the whole family can get involved in making. There is no need to book and you can drop in for as long or as little as you want.
Drop in sessions: 10.30 – 12.30 and 2 – 4 Workshop free – normal museum admission prices apply
