Make Time for Tea and Cake

Friday 20th May 2016
From: 10:30 am - Til: 12:30 pm

Come along to a FREE business networking event to support Dementia Awareness Week 2016.

As part of our contribution to the Plymouth Dementia Action Alliance, Link&Bloom and Viewhear are organising a networking event for local businesses to find out how they can help their organisations become dementia friendly. Hence they are asking you to “Make Time for Tea and Cake and so Make Time for Dementia Awareness”.

We are delighted to support this event by hosting it in our newly and beautifully decorated Hayward Room, also teas, coffees and sumptious cake are being sponsored by Plymouth based emergency management and healthcare training and consutancy company The 625.

Their aim for this “refreshing” morning of networking is to help businesses create useful connections with each other while explaining how you can become a Dementia Friend and spread understanding and awareness of dementia.

They hope you’ll be keen to help your business to play its part in a city which is being recognised nationally and internationally as a leading light in Dementia Friendly activity.

Please book a ticket onto the event so they can ensure there is enough cake and information for you! If they know you are coming they can also be more prepared to help you make useful connections. Ticket numbers are limited.

Tickets can be found here
