Shakespeare Dream Bill

Three Shakespeare-inspired ballets. Jessica Lang captures the poetry of the sonnets in Wink. José Limón’s The Moor’s Pavane distils the passion and drama of Othello. Love gets out of hand for mortals and fairies alike in an elegant and witty distillation in The Dream.

Music Sally Beamish; Choreography David Bintley; Designs Rae Smith Supported (2016) by The Patrick Trust, David & Sandra Burbidge, and Birmingham Royal Ballet’s New Work Syndicate and Director’s Appeal.
