Tea at The Top is back!

It’s nearly April so that means one thing at The Duke of Cornwall Hotel – Tea at the Top is back! This unique experience for 2 people runs on Wednesdays and Sundays from April to September. It gives you the chance to experience stunning 360 degree views of Plymouth and beyond whilst enjoying luxurious afternoon tea with your very own butler!

After being escorted up to our iconic tower you will enjoy butler service, champagne on arrival (of course), exclusive use of the Tower Suite for two hours and not to mention our delicious (new for 2016) afternoon tea complete with home-made fruit and plain scones with a selection of sandwiches and sweet treats (yum!).

Yesterday was the first of our Tea at the Top lunches. Mr and Mrs Fitzsimmons were the first to sample our new menu and enjoy a glass of champagne whilst looking at the views and seeing snippets of history that are dotted about the tower. “Everything was delicious and the service was second to none, even with a gloomy day the view was still stunning – we could have stayed there for hours”
