Whether you want to gain event experience, or simply love festivals, this is a fantastic opportunity! Yesterday saw the return of the Inspiring Volunteer Awards. This wonderful event recognises the efforts and achievements of an array of local volunteers, who work to make this fabulous city what it is today. The Inspiring Volunteer Awards is a partnership between Improving Lives Plymouth, Plymouth University and the Plymouth Herald and will be in its 9th year in 2017. We are so proud of Leila Nottage, our fabulous Director of Marketing who was awarded the prestigious title of Employee Volunteer of the Year! Leila has led on the Mayflower 400 campaign, which works with businesses around Plymouth to ensure that the city is looking its best in time for the 2020 celebrations. ...
