Plymouth Pride Festival 2017 will take place on Plymouth Hoe on Saturday 5th August in partnership with the events production company PL1 Events who will be supporting the event to build on the success of previous prides to enable further growth of the event.
Once again the amazing vista of Plymouth Sound and the iconic Smeaton’s Tower will form the perfect backdrop for the event. Visit the Plymouth Pride Festival 2016 page for images and information about last years event.
The Colourful, Loud and Proud Pride Parade through the city centre to Plymouth Hoe will depart at midday (Route TBC).
On the Hoe there will be a diverse mix of musicians, singers, and bands on the main stage from 1.30pm to 8.30pm along with:
An ecliptic mix of community and commercial stalls
Fun Fair for all ages
Inflatables, face painting and events for children
Licensed Bar
Choice of hot food and snacks
and lots more…
The Plymouth Pride Festival is a FREE family friendly event and all are welcome to embrace and celebrate the diversity of the LGBTQ communities. The event is self funding and we rely on donations and sponsorship to cover the cost of staging and event infrastructure.
